daily activity english version


Today's activity , We begin by doing one line and grooming check at 8.00 AM , and then after we are doing that we start one lining inside the cold kitchen and ready to get some materials , materials today was Lectured by Mr.Syahrial , he explains to us about Breakfast , starting from what is breakfast , to what is the component of breakfast and 4 kinds of breakfast which is Continental , American , English and Indonesian/Oriental breakfast , and what kind of components thats makes every breakfast menu different from one to another

     After some explanation , we start preparing for tomorrow's Breakfast Menu , Which is Continental breakfast , the menu is Apple Juice , Hard Roll Bread , Soft roll Bread , and Twist Bread  , we were split by 10 groups , and i was in group 4 , after the grouping is done , we started doing our product's preparation , my group was told to make soft roll bread , so we begin to prepare our ingredients and then start making our bread. the method that is used are the straight dough method and then kneeded our dough until soft and elastic , and then baking it at 150 degree celcius for 30 minutes.

     But After making the bread we were informed that tomorrow , we are also going to serve american breakfast which contains Juices and some bread which is Danish Bread and Croissant Bread , so we were split in 5 groups , where 2 groups from before were merged together to make 1 group , i was in group 2 , and we are making danish bread , so we starting to splitting our task , my friends are preparing the danish , while my friend and i were making the filling for the danish bread , which is pastry cream , because we are using the danish bread tomorrow , we proof the dough and store it in the chiller for tomorrow's baking , After finish , we are doing general cleaning and closed by short explanation by mr.faisal , and then informed to go home.
