daily activy english version

 Hey guys! welcome back with me here in my daily activities blog ! this is my first blog for this week, this week will be the last week of the practical process but don't worry, we still have 3 days to go through. so let's start today's blog. Today started at around 6 am, I woke up, took a shower and finished around 7 am, well I still had a lot of time to spend. so I went to the bakery shop in front of my house and then bought a Whole Grain wheat bread. I toasted the bread and then make a 2 egg scrambled egg and enjoyed it with a cup of coffee, what a beautiful morning. I enjoyed it so much that I looked up the clock and it already showed 7.30 am!

     I was almost late, so I rushed to the campus and arrived around 7.45 am. I still had a lot of time to talk with my team and then Kak Ayu which as our supervisor today called us to the kitchen and like usual, she did an equipment and other stuff checked and then told us to go to the cold kitchen. so before that, I went to store my bag in the locker and then headed to the cold kitchen. after morning prayers and greeted our senior, the senior in charge then did a short review on us and then told us to prepare for Indonesian table d'hote tomorrow.

     Well, my group got the responsibilities to handle the white rice but we can cook that tomorrow, so I helped my friend with the appetizer which is Jalangkote, a traditional food from Makassar that consist of puff pastry filled with carrot, potato and glass noodles and then deep fried in hot oil. well, today we prepared around 150 pcs. after finished with the Jalangkote we then did general cleaning and I got to clean the cold kitchen. after finished, I then asked Mr.jaya if I can go home early because I had a really bad headache. he gave me the permission. so then I asked the senior in charge and then I went home and rest. that's it for today, thank you so much for reading and
