 Hey Guys, welcome back to my Blog for today. a blog where I will tell you about my activities for today! today is the 3rd day of the week and tomorrow will be the last day of the practical process so please don't get bored and keep reading my blog. well, let's start today's blog. Today's blog started at around 6.40 am, I woke up and I felt kinda lazy and actually didn't want to go to campus. but I can't be lazy. because to become a successful man you have to be consistent with what you do. so I took a shower and then prepared myself. without breakfast, I went from home to campus and arrived at around 7.45 am.

     After I arrived, I then one lined in front of the kitchen and then the senior in charge today told us to came into the cold kitchen. in the cold kitchen then the senior in charge did a short review of our knowledge this far. after the review then they instructed us to prepare for tomorrow's menu, my group got to handle the Main course which is Gai Tod Takrai. so then I went to the freezer and took out 6 whole chicken and then went to the butcher and then cut them in 8 pieces. after cutting them we marinated it with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce and pepper.

     Finished with the preparation for tomorrow's Thai menu. then we had a good lunch with our 4th-semester senior. we eat lunch that we called "Anak Bangsa" we had rice, sate Lilit, rendang and many more good and delicious food. after finished with the lunch we then did general cleaning. I cleaned the butcher section and after around 5.40 am Mr.Jaya closed the day with useful information about Final Test and told us to go home and rest. Well, that is my blog for today.
