Today is supposed to be national holiday. But since we are a food
handler which means that nobody can delay or take a day off from hunger
and the needs to feast, we are doing practical process anyway. Well
today is 1st may, first day of the month, new month, new spirit, and old
experience. Well that was an unnecessary introduction, well let's just
start today's blog. i hopped you liked it as always. Here We Go
Well today's blog started not like usual. i went from my home to
campus at around 9.42 am and arrived at 10.00 am. no no no i was not
late. yesterday we were instructed to come a little late since we don't
have any restaurant service, but we had people from governments and it's
time to prepare for Sushi Platter. When i arrived at campus i put my
bag and then helped Mr.Faisal Slicing Fresh salmon for the salmon nigiri
sushi.
then moved and sliced the Unagi
or Eel for the Unagi Nigiri and Unagi Gunkan. After slicing i then
helped shaping the sushi and then after setting up the sushi platter
table and then garnished them. after finished we took a little break and
fisal and i went to buy a new water dispenser because the old one is
broken. after that we did the general cleaning and after around 6.00 pm .
Mr faisal instructed us to go back home and rest. Well that was my
activities for today
