hi guys back again with my blog, today
is monday and the day where the first day of practice this week, today i am in
campus at 07.30, saturday sunday i was at my home at btp understand immigrants,
living alone.h today we collected transates from chapters after that we all
entered and received directions and the gang boss and pak ical showed how to
make croissants without using a machine.
turned out to be very difficult and as
easy as I thought all this time in the hotel I learned to use a dough sheeter
machine and here we learn without using a dough sheeter. the key word is only
one fat croissant must be temperature-conscious and may not break
after making croissants and out of the
oven croissants I was disappointed and had to try again tomorrow and that's my
experience today thanks for reading.
