today is our third day of practice in the kitchen, we are still with
croissants guys it's hard to make manual croissants because it takes patience
and requires accuracy and patience. and have to read a lot of books and a lot
of references about bread and bassic
Btw, before we make the dough, we divide each group There are containing
3-4 people per group. 1 group made 2 doughs, some made croissants and some made
sourdough. Here we re-start making the dough until smooth and good luck,
