Today the task of making croissants is finished, we move to the next menu which is to make this kind of ingredients tarlet with pie. Like yesterday it was distributed per group with 2 people. Dan and Iuni immediately prepared the tools and ingredients. tarlet is a kind of dough with a rather hard texture but is often found in our various, Bali for example.


 Pie is very famous as the best-selling pastry mixture. There are various kinds of visa, ranging from collar, cheese, nuts and so on. This visa opens our horizons more into entrepreneurship, where we can open a business in the field of pastry, it's still good if we deal with it, Jan, if in the pastry it should be soft, calm, and Salam from the beginning also cannot be wrong and fatal.







 first I have been said to succeed, starting from the color and texture but the shape must be neater, yes the name is also just learning the first time to make a tarlet. But if there is spare time and allowed to make it again I will make it again in the campus kitchen. I like to make pie, the ingredients are not difficult and quite simple.

Hari ini tugas membuat croissant sudah selesai, kami pindah ke menu selanjutnya yaitu membuat tarlet bahan ini sejenis dengan pie. Seperti kemarin di bagikan per kelompok terisi 2 orang. Saya Dan yuni langsung menyiapkan alat dan bahannya. tarlet adalah sejenis adonan yang teksturnya agak keras namun banyak di jumpai di berbagai Kita, Bali misalnya. Pie sangat terkenal sebagai bahan adonan pastry yang Paling laris di jual. Isiannya visa berbagai macam, mulai dari collar,keju,kacang-kacangan Dan sebagainya. Hal ini visa membuka wawasan kita lebih ke kewirausahaan, dimana kita dapat membuka bisnis di bidang pastry, itusih kalau kita pandai mengatasknya juga, Jan kalau di pastry harus lembut,kalem,dan Salam takaran dari awal juga tidak boleh salah dan fatal.

 pertama saya sudah di bilang berhasil, mulai dari warna dan teksturnya tapi bentuknya mesti lebih rapi lagi, ya namanya juga baru belajar pertama kali membuat tarlet. Tapi kalau ada waktu luang dan diizinkan untuk membuatnya lagi saya akan membuatnya lagi di kitchen kampus. Saya suka buat pie bahannya tidak susah Dan cukup sederhana.

 today is our third day of practice in the kitchen, we are still with croissants guys it's hard to make manual croissants because it takes patience and requires accuracy and patience. and have to read a lot of books and a lot of references about bread and bassic


Btw, before we make the dough, we divide each group There are containing 3-4 people per group. 1 group made 2 doughs, some made croissants and some made sourdough. Here we re-start making the dough until smooth and good luck, Aamiin.

 hari ini adalah hari ketiga kami praktek di kitchen,kita masih dengan croissant guys sulit sekali membuat croissant manual karena dibutuhkan kesabaran dan butuh ketelitian dan kesabaran.dan harus banyak membaca buku dan banyak referensi tentang bread dan bassic

Btw, sebelum kami membuat adonan, kami membagi kelompok masing-masing Ada yang berisi 3-4 orang perkelompok. 1 kelompok membuat 2 adonan, Ada yang membuat croissant dan Ada yang membuat sourdough. Disini kami memulai kembali membuat adonan hingga kalis dan semoga berhasil, aamiin.

after the gang boss shows us, we immediately form a group and 1 group consists of 2 people today my partner is moms or yuni, me and yuni prepare all ingredients and lamgg doing, croissant dough is made and rest 1 hour and and lamination process for 3 times single, single, and single.dann again, my croissant failed


The bakery must indeed be learned from the bassic because from the bassic we know a good bread dough and I still have a lot to learn. That's my experience today thank you for reading
