let me tell you about my experience today
Today is the last day of practice, yesterday is a day off and only 1 day off, quite sad indeed, Lebaran is far from the family, honestly miss mama's cooking, miss gathering with family, but yeah its okay.I went to campus 07:30 and today is my schedule to charge with my two friends, intan and triwahdini.
At 7:45 a.m. fisrt semster oneline and we check their grooming, one by one according to absence.
after they were all online in the cool kitchen, prayed and we all introduced ourselves one by one where they came from and the reason they wanted to join the culinary arts, after hearing the reason they were almost 70% of them wanted to open a culinary business, just like me. introducing ourselves the three of us immediately re-view them to find out what they know so far, then Mr. Faisal told me to test them basic cutting vegetable.
after all doing basic cutting, I saw that they were very good in this basic, namely 14 pieces, after further basic cutting fish, which was directly addressed by Mr. Faisal and after that they immediately practiced what was shown by Mr. Faisal. After they had doing basic cutting of fish then they are given 60 minutes to pray and break, after the break they all do routine activities namely general cleaning after it is closed by mr. jaya and they can go home.
