daily activity english version




Today was started at 7.45 am, where i went from home to campus and arrived at around 8.05 am, i was a little bit late. My Friends already one lined in front of the kitchen but not yet called to go in, so i was pretty lucky. i wore my uniform and joined the one line and. then the senior in charge called my name and checked my equipment and grooming.fter that i headed straight to the cold kitchen. today is my group's turn to prepare for tomorrow's restaurant service. the menu is rotation 1.4 

  
the menu is rotation 1.4   which contains Chicken Liver pate with hollandaise sauce, Clam Chowder Soup, Spaghetti Bolognaise, and Baked Custard Tart and Brioche Bread. my group got the responsibilities to handle the Brioche Bread.  We started to make the bread by using the straight dough method by mixing a kilograms of flour with salt, yeast, sugar and then we pour in the milk little by little, then the eggs and butter.




    Then our senior helped us. They added more flour to the mixture and turned the bread back into the right consistency, so after molding and baking. The bread turned out to be pretty good even tho it tasted a little bland. After making the bread at around 3 pm. The senior incharge told us to take a break for an hour and then continued with general cleaning until around 5 pm. Today's activities was closed by Mr.Jaya and told us to go back home to rest.
