I want to tell you about my activities for today. this is my second blog for this week. ! Here we go !. Today's activities started at 7.20 in the morning, i went to campus and arrived around 7.50 am.. my time, i wore my uniform and then sat down on the bench while waited the senior incharge to call us. Then it's 8.00 am, the senior called us, so we one lined on front of the kitchen to checked our grooming and personal equipment..
After everyone gathered in the cold kitchen. . After prayed, i took the bread that i was made yesterday and showed it to Mr.Syahrial. But he wasn't satisfied with the bread and told us to remake it. We went to the Pastry Kitchen and prepared the recipes that will used for the Brioche Bread. after scaling,we mixed it until it became a really soft but oily dough and then let them proof for 30 minutes.
The time showed 1 pm, it's time for the open restaurant services.. The menu was Chicken Liver and herb pate, Calm Chowder, Spaghetti Bolognaise, and Baked Custard Tart. . and the resttaurant was closed, we gathered again for lunch break at around 4 pm, and gathered at 5.40 pm. After that we are told to do general cleaning, i got the cold kitchen section, we were finished at 7 pm and then closed by explanation by Mr.Faisal and told to go home and rest at around 7.30 pm. That was my activities for today,see next time guys.
