hy guys, today I came to mapus at 7:30 a.m. and talked to friends and went to the cafeteria for breakfast that you know guys guys I am a boarding house and away from my family, after that we are oneline at 8:00 a.m. and checking tools by senior, day they check our tools in detail before entering the kitchen, after that we all enter and gather in the play kitchen and are given direction by the senior and given a materi by Mr. Faisal for 1 full week our group gets a main course.
Today the menu is a European buffet, including menus such as Macedoine of Vegetables, Jelly Fruit Salads, Club Sandwiches, Monte Cristo Sandwhich, Spagetthi Bolognese, Vegetable Tagliatelle, Red Velvet and Bread Pudding, I started taking the ingredients I preached yesterday and started making. I was trusted to make spaghtetti bolognese. I started to spoil pasta and make the sauce, for the sauce I saute garlic, onion, and tamato paste and put the ground meat, then simmer and I add black pepper, sugar, and salt.
after finishing spaghetti bolognese then Mr. faisal saw and immediately scolded me because my plating was bad. enough to be disappointed with myself knowing my ability and presenting a dish was still lacking and had not had enough experience on other things my friend was scolded by the boss for wrong to use a tool, today we made quite a lot of mistakes. after I finished I prepared the material for tomorrow which is Indonesian buffet.
