daily activity englih version

oday is my last day of practice this week, it is quite tiring for this week. today oneline and checking tools and grooming by seniors and entering one by one according to the absence then oneline and given directions by the senior menu today is Indonesian buffet menu are rujak nie , dojang naken, soto banjar, soto padang, rendang, ayam bakar taliwang, doko-doko cangkuning and bubuh inji. and today I was trusted by my friend to make rendang. I started to take the ingredients that I prepared yesterday.


the delicate seasoning that I made consists of red onion, garlic, big red chili, lemongrass, turmeric and coriander. after smooth then i saute, put the orange leaves until fragrant and add the meat then add coconut milk, brown sugar, after tender meat give tamarind and simmer until removing oil, after that add salt and pepper. After rendang is finished then I help aulia make rice about 5 kg of cooked rice, all today's dishes are ready to serve and brought to the restaurant.


after doing the work we immediately cleaned the area playing the kitchen together. after all was clean and we brought the dishes we made before to be eaten together. after eating we were allowed to rest and the prayer was not felt today the last week of practice, after that we were oneline and closed by mr. Jayadi and we all can go home
