daily activity english version

hello guys welcome back to my blog, the day I came a little early that is 7:00 in the morning why? because the konro we made earlier failed and we had to make it again, the konro we made failed because the meat stuck to the ribs was released while the good conro fuel was served with the ribs. me, kurnia, yudha the three of us arrived early and made the spices .We did make it early so that the time is sufficient because usually 11 o'clock all buffet menus must be prepared.


after konro already in simmer we also joined my friends who were outside the kitchen and on line right at 8:00 a.m. and checking grooming and tools we all entered one by one were given directions by seniors and we immediately did it, while konro was still on simmer, I I was given the responsibility to make a hammer ce'la. I prepared the yellow spices and started souvit the fish then I made the yellow sauce which consisted of onion, garlic, big red chili and turmeric.


after 11:00 I made my food,  palu ce'la, ready to be brought to the restaurant, all the menus we made were finished, and we continued to prepare for the menu. Menu buffets for tomorrow are oriental buffets, and I was trusted to make spaghetti bolognaise, I started to prepare ingredients, namely garlic, oinon, ground meat, pasta, carrot, tomato paste. After we finished, we took a short break and then closed by Mr. Faisal and we were allowed to go home. These guys were my activists today.
