hy Guys, Welcome back to my first blog for this week! a blog where i tell you everything about my activities for today. Well this is supposed to be my second blog, but yesterday i wasn't able to attend the practical process because i was sick. But now i got my health back to normal and i am ready to go to campus again. Well without more talk and unnecessary introduction, i am going to start this activities blog ! i hope you liked it !

     Today's activities started when i went to the campus from home at 7.20 am, and arrived at around 8.00 am. Well i supposed to attend a morning ceremony, but i was too late for that. The ceremony started at around 7.30 am. so after it finished i went to the kitchen and change my theory uniform to my cook uniform and one lined in front of the kitchen and waited for our senior or call us one by one and checked our grooming. After i was checked. i went to the locker room to put my bag and then head straight to the cold kitchen and one lined as i waited for my friend to gather.

     After morning pray, Mr.Faisal came in and showed us on how to butcher a whole salmon. and let us tried the salmon sashimi. Well today's menu is Japanese Menu which insisted Okonomiyaki, Miso soup, Sushi, and Dorayaki. My group handled the Miso soup. When the restarurant service started i was an aboyer again, and handled the captain's order pretty well. after the service closed, around 3.50 pm we did general cleaning together and went home at 5.20 pm after short closing by Maam Sury.
