daily mid test english version

  ay, my friends are back again on my blog, Belajrkuliner. This time I will share the story of my mid semester in the kitchen, which is on Monday September 25 2018. Today we who followed mid practice entered the kitchen at 8 o'clock in the morning, where each group mid practice consisted of 10 people and today we also helped by the group 4. For mid practice this time my group received an Indonesian Buffet menu, and I got a portion of soup, namely Soto Banjar and Soto Padang.
     Yesterday we prepared all the ingredients for making soup today, first we heat the stock, there are white stock and brown stock. For making Soto Banjar we use white stock, while for Soto Padang we use brown stock. After that, insert the basic seasoning into each stock that has boiled then simmer. For Soto Padang we include diced meat into the stock, namely in brown stock. As for Soto Banjar, we include fresh milk and egg yolks.
